I feel as though I’m a busy, working mom and struggle to upkeep my hardwood floors. Having two kids means a lot of traffic in areas, having long hair means lots of shedding, and there’s always crumbs from snacks or broken pieces of who knows what on my floors. This has helped cleaning the floors feel less like a struggle. When it arrived, it took about a minute to assemble, attach a pad, and insert the solution. The performance of this is okay, as it’s easy to maneuver and the light detect shows troubled or missed areas. The suction works and gets dust, hair, and small items, but anything larger than a nickel won’t be picked up, even if it’s lightweight. If there’s too much dust or hair, you can try passing over again, but you may just end up moving it around. This is not a good substitute as an actual vacuum, but rather a good item for in between deep cleans.
