I bought this vacuum over a year . During my first vacuum it must have sucked up a rock. Instantly my roller on the motorized floor nozzle broke in two places making it worthless to use on the floor. Was able to use the lift away section a few times, but put it in closet after buying a different brand. Cleaning closet today I came across this vacuum. I figured I could easily find and replace this roller. No luck find it on your website., I have had good luck in the past with my previous Shark, but no luck with this one

Short hose

The vacuum works well. The hose is not long enough in my opinion. You can't reach very far without the vacuum falling over because the length just isn't very long. I also had to buy a brush attachment for the hose so I could use this on my baseboards. I should have researched all these things better.

Very impressive.

For years, Consumer Reports continuously recommends the Shark vacuum. Mine is several years old, the hose cracked in half, yes, I could duct tape it, but I ordered a new one. This was ONLY my living room. I vacuum about once a week. This isn’t old or dirty carpet, it looked clean, obviously it was not.

I just bought a new vacuum. I was so excited to find it had been delivered when I got home today. I got it unboxed and used it right away. Mind you, I just vacuumed with my old one YESTERDAY, and today used the new on just the tiny "hall" in front of my bathroom. It's about 5 by 3 feet. LOOK HOW MUCH DIRT AND YUCK! Man this thing sucks!
