[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE how convenient this is. The sweep function is super effective (except for large pieces of paper). The mopping function is also very good, it doesnt leave any streaks on my wooden floors. I havent tried this on a carpet so don't know how effective it is there. The app is pretty easy to use, but the initial mapping was a little tricky. It took a couple of tries but now i have a clear map with the no-go areas marked too. The self emptying is also a great addition, I only end up having to clean it after 3-4 full house cleans.

the dirt hasa a habit of getting stuck and while it mops the dirt falls on the mop pad and then it leaves the floor dirty instead of clean

The listing is incorrect! it is listed as the Shark AI Ultra robot vacuum, however what was shipped to me was the Shark Matrix Plus robot vacuum. I was looking for that specific model, so had to return it. Please update your listing!

So fat, so good. It took me about two weeks, and a phone call to figure it out. I use it for my family room. I wish it could walk up the stairs. Otherwise, it serves the purpose it was purchased for. It's great at vacuuming and mopping.
