We bought this a little over a month ago and have been very pleased with how it cleans I have found that cleaning the filters and the Dustbin once a week helps it perform it's best. We have a husky that sheds Non-Stop and the attached pictures you will see what this thing picks up just out of two rooms that it cleans daily per week. I have noticed that on random days as you will see on the calendar the days that don't have a green circle on them are days that the robot did not clean when it was scheduled to do so. I'm not sure why that is but have found like I said if you keep it clean filter and Dustbin once a week it does perform better. I like the fact that it is able to transition between rooms even when there is an inch or two transition with no issues. I just found it stuck for the very first time last night when it got a hold of the plastic bag underneath the tree skirt for our Christmas tree it got wrapped around the wheels which then it sent me notification letting me know that it was stuck. I got this robot because I was tired of seeing how much fur from our husky was adding up throughout the week I'm usually gone during the week and home on the weekends so I got this to help my wife who has fibromyalgia with helping keep the house clean and take some of the burden off of her as her Fibromyalgia causes extra pain while cleaning the house. I highly recommend this robot vacuum and if you are on the fence about it just buy it you will thank me later 😉 The app is simple to use and the robot "Rosie" picks up a lot of dust and dog fur. We have hard wood floors and large area rugs in the rooms where she cleans. This review is for the Shark detect pro robot.

I have a previous 5 year old Shark vacuum which was not great. After a lot of research I decided to go with the reviews and try it again. Very impressed this time around. It mapped out my larger home after 1 pass with more details a few days later. Shark has definitely made great improvements.

my last shark i bought 6 years ago it would first vacuum up and down rows in every room in my apartment then it would go crossways in every room in my apartment and the bathroom rugg was sometimes distorted never got really clean this robotic vacume scans the room and vacuum my liveing room my studio and kitchen and it cleans everything on my floors and the bathroom is clean the bathroom rugg is clean and its not even moved but it's clean and it does all this very efficiently i absolutely love it my life just got easier with floor cleanings

I purchased in order to relieve back aches using my Dyson stick. My only REAL complaint is NO instruction manual. Everything is online. Took awhile to figure it out but working as expected now. We have higher thresholds going into bedrooms and it goes right over them. Fairly quiet except when docking.

if you can afford it and you're on the fence by this one! I've been wanting a robot vacuum for a couple of years now, as I am disabled with very bad back issues. I can't sweep my brand new lvp flooring. they require daily sweeping, because they are a beautiful mix of light and dark beige and sand color, and you can see crumbs from doggy treats and short black dog hair from our pitbull. soon, you'll be able to see the super soft fluffy fur from my German Shepherd puppy and I was so excited to get these new floor until I realized I'd have to maintenance them daily! so a robot vacuum was mandatory for me. I was just afraid with all of these fake reviews and paid reviews for free products that I would get a piece of junk, or that 1/3 of any product that just doesn't work because everything's so cheaply made these days. I've only had this vacuum for one day but it was very easy to set up and it mapped out my entire downstairs in less than 5 minutes. I don't know why these other people in the previous reviews are saying how difficult it is to set up because my Wi-Fi isn't very strong being on the edge of the country and all you literally have to do is scan the QR code download the app and it walks you through the process very clearly. there are even drop-down buttons for each step asking if you want it to show you exactly what to do. I'm not super tech savvy, and if I don't have clear instructions I can't mess around with it and figure it out! so this is really easy to figure out and follow the app instructions. you're supposed to set the base somewhere where your Wi-Fi is strong so I just found a spot with a outlet in our strong Wi-Fi area downstairs, which is in the dining room just below the closet the router is in, upstairs. it connected without a problem and docked itself after I followed the instructions of turning it on. then I had to wait about 30 minutes for it to charge from 40% to the required 50% for mapping out the area. all easy! it looks sharp and I don't mind that it's sitting in my dining room as it's not a cheap looking product at all. there are also people who are complaining about the noise it makes. it's no louder than any vacuum cleaner, and I don't think it's even that loud. it's been running for about 45 minutes and it's emptied into the base twice and now it's charging to finish the last room. my dogs don't bark at it and they used to bark when I was running the vacuum cleaner so I don't know what the difference is but either way it's a difference. I am so impressed that how thorough this vacuum is! if it can fit in the spot it will go there and it doesn't miss anywhere! you may have to sweep out small hard to reach areas before you start vacuuming I walked back and forth across the area it has already cleaned and I have not stepped on one dog snap crumb or seen any glitter from Christmas wrapping so far. I am so so happy I picked this brand make and model! I bought the 4-year protection plan.
